| Abstract: | Summary Horseradish peroxidase was injected into the middle ear and bulla of guinea pigs. In less than 5 minutes the peroxidase had reached the basement membrane, mainly through the epithelial intercellular spaces, and after 20 minutes it was observed in the lamina propria. |
