紫穗槐果实和叶子的紫外光谱指纹图谱研究

摘    要:本文通过研究紫穗槐的紫外光谱指纹图谱,鉴别紫穗槐及其混淆品。分别取紫穗槐果实和叶子各19个样品以及6个混淆品,应用紫外光谱法对其共有峰和特征峰进行检测。结果显示:紫穗槐果实有2个共有峰,其峰值比为1.330:1;紫穗槐叶有4个共有峰,其峰值比1.45:1:0.71:0.69。

Abstract:Amorpha fruticosa L.is known for its abundant natural resources and it is widely applied in medicine and biol- ogy.But its substitutes have a great variety and they are difficult to be identified.So the UV finger print of fruits and leaves from Amorpha fruticosa L.was established to identify it and its substitutes as well.The absorbance radio by UV of 19 fruits and 19 leaves from Amorpha fruticosa L.and their substitutes was detected.Then two mutual peaks in ultraviolet spectrum of fruits and four of leaves from Amorpha fruticosa L.were calculated(1.330:1 and 1.45:1:0.71:0.69).
