An improved procedure for the enzymatic analysis of prostaglandins in the nanogram range

Abstract:Prostaglandin dehydrogenase is purified from beef lung and optimal storage conditions are established for the enzyme. Improved assay conditions are worked out for the stoichiometric enzymatic analysis of prostaglandins in the nanogram range. The method appears to be applicable to all naturally occurring prostaglandins.
