叶片内水传输的模拟

摘    要:根据水在介质中的流动规律和能量守恒原理,在植物叶片内建立了一个稳态的水传输模型。该模型考虑了气孔复合体内外、共质体与质外体、原生质与细胞壁在水传输上的不同,应用计算机详细地分析和计算了叶内(特别是气孔复合体内)水的传输,得到水势在叶片内近似分布的关系式。应用这些关系式对叶内的水势和水势差作了估计,并对不同解剖特征叶片内的水势差作了比较。

Abstract:A detailed steady state model describing water transport in leaf has been developed. In this model, different treatments were adop- ted for the tissue outside and those within the stomatal complex. In the latter case, each cell was divided into seven compart- ments or units (one protoplast compartment and six cell wall compartments). Based on the law of water transport in liquid medium and the principle of conservation of mass, a series of equations were set up to describe the water transport through the compart- ments in the stomatal complex and other cells or tissues in leaf.The computer program of the model was run on a Burroughs Computer B6900. The formulas of the water potential and the resistances to water transport in the compartments in the stomatal complex and other tissue in leaf were derived and used to calculate the water potential and differences of it in stomatal complex cells, epidermis tissues and other tissues in the leaf.The effect of guard cell volume, the thickness of cell wall in the stomatal complex and the links between stomatal complex cells and mcsophyll on the parameters in the formulas mentioned above was calculated. It is shown that the influence of changes of guard cell volume dur- ing water transport in leaf on the parameters is negligible, but that of anatomical charac- teristics of the. stomatal complex cells on the resistances to water transport in the tissues or the distribution of water potential in it is ob- vious. The formulas obtained in the paper can be used to study the behavior of stomata and the water transport in plant and water balance between it and environment.
