摘    要:应用触角电位(EAG)技术,从70种合成的标样化合物中,确定顺-11-十六碳烯醇(Z11-16:OH)、顺-11-十六碳烯醛(z11-16:ALD)为二点螟性外激素的候选化合物。借助气相色谱(GC)、薄层色谱(TLC)和酯化反应,对此虫雌蛾腹尖提取物分析,显示出仅有与烯醇相同保留时间的活性峰,排除了烯醛存在的可能性,用田间诱蛾试验验证室内分析的结果证明:烯醇张烯醛以不同的比例混合后,随着烯醛在混合物中的比例增加,诱蛾活性也越来越低,只有烯醇单独存在时,才具有最高的诱蛾活性,而且高于一头未交配的活雌蛾诱蛾活性。用气相色谱一质谱(GC—MS)对雌蛾腹尖提取物进行分折,也证实了二点螟的性外激素成分是Z11-16:OH。

Abstract:By using the electroantennogram (EAG) recording technique, Z11-hexadecenol (Z11-16 :OH) and Z11-hexadecenal (Z11-16:ALD) were tested as the sex pheromone candidates of sugarcane stem borer moth (Chilo infuscaiellus) from 70 synthetic stan-dard compounds. Gas chromatography (GC) and thin-layer chromatography (TLC) analysis of the extract from female abdominal tips showed that the retention time of one peak coincided to that of Z11-16:OH. The principal GC peak from the acetylated extract had the same retention time with Z11-16:AC. Field tests indicated that traps baited with Z11-16 :OH alone attracted more male moths than the traps baited with a virgin femal moth, and Z11-16: ALD had no aitractant effect. Gas chromatogaphy-mass spe-etrometric (GC-MS) analysis of the extract also suggested that the major component of the sex pheromone of Chilo infuscatellus was Z11-16 :OH.
