蓝舌病毒核酸检测技术研究进展

摘    要:蓝舌病毒(BTV)血清型较多,其核酸检测主要涉及通用型检测和分型检测,寻求相应的适宜检测靶基因尤为重要。BTV核酸检测技术是蓝舌病诊断的重要手段,其发展过程主要经历了基因杂交探针技术、RT-PCR检测技术、实时荧光定量PCR检测技术及基因芯片检测技术等;同时,建立和完善高通量BTV筛查技术成为迫切要求。

Abstract:There are 24 serotypes of btuetongue virus(BTV). The nucleic acid detecting techniques for BTV are involved in universal detection for the BTV group and special detection for each serotype. Gene detection is important for BTV, and includes hybridization probe method, reverse transeription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) method, real-time fluorescent PCR technique, as well as gene chip. It is urgent to develop the reliable method for rapid and high throughput detecting methods for BTV.
