| Abstract: | Combined exposure of fixed tomato protoplasts to 0.2 N HCl atroom temperature, heating at 70?C in 2 ? SSC for 30 min, anddigestion with 10 µg/ml proteinase K allowed localizationof viroid RNA by in situ hybridization, without destructionof cellular structures.
