摘    要:1979年Pasek等用大肠杆菌表达乙型肝炎病毒核心抗原(HBcAg)成功以来,国内外也有类似的报道,但对其理化特性的报道不多。为了更有效地保存和应用此抗原,本文研究了从表达HBcAg的大肠杆菌菌液中纯化抗原的方法,以及抗原的某些特性。 HBcAg是由pHBV-1的C基因与pTL载体重组后在大肠杆菌BMH71-18内表达的,

Abstract:This article reports that HBcAg expressed in E.coli was purified by salt precipited and discontinuous CsC1 gradient ultra centrifuge. After that, 99% of inactivc protein was lost, and all of ac tivities of HBeAg and HBcAg were relatecl with 1% of protein. The results indicates that HBeAg and HBcAg could be precipited by 35% saturated ammonia sulfate; the buoyant den sity was 1.30-1.34 g/ml (either HBcAg or HBeAg); the molecular weight was 21 000 dalton by SDS-PAGE.
