| Abstract: | This article reports that HBcAg expressed in E.coli was purified by salt precipited and discontinuous CsC1 gradient ultra centrifuge. After that, 99% of inactivc protein was lost, and all of ac tivities of HBeAg and HBcAg were relatecl with 1% of protein. The results indicates that HBeAg and HBcAg could be precipited by 35% saturated ammonia sulfate; the buoyant den sity was 1.30-1.34 g/ml (either HBcAg or HBeAg); the molecular weight was 21 000 dalton by SDS-PAGE. |
