Investigation and application of promoters of insects and their virus

In the field of molecular biology research,the structure,function,expression and regulation of gene have become the focus.As an important component of gene expression and regulation,the depth study of them can not only clarify the regulation mechanism of eukaryotic gene,but also reveal the pathogenic mechanism of virus-related diseases and thus provide the basis for prevention and treatment,furthermore it also lay the foundation for the construct of viral expression vector.This review mainly introduced cloning methods and application of promoter with an emphasis on promoter function investigation and application in the aspect of science research,to highlights the latest developments in the field.
