我国现代医院管理制度的保障机制研究

医院在管理和发展过程中，必须要建立一套完善的现代医院管理制度，而完善的现代医院管理制度，离不开与之相协调、配套的保障策略作为支撑。文章通过分析总结目前医院管理的现状与其外部保障措施中存在的问题，试图构建适合国情的现代医院管理制度的保障策略，为我国医药卫生体制改革的深化、医院管理制度的健康持续发展提供支撑。

Study on the Security Mechanism of the Modern Hospital Management System in China

During the process of management and development, hospital must establish a thorough system of modern hospital management, which cannot be thorough without the support of the suitable and cooperative guarantee strategy. Through analyzing and summarizing the present condition of the hospital management and the problems existing in the security mechanism, the safeguard measures of the modern hospital management system suited to the condition of China is tried to be established, to provide support for the medical and health system reform in China and the healthy and sustainable development of the hospital management system.
