| 摘 要： | 通过对广东省县级公立医院改革开展以来的举措进行分析，并着重选取7所试点县级公立医院进行实地考察，对其在补偿机制、基本药物制度、医保支付政策、医院服务能力建设以及现代医院管理制度建设等方面进行系统剖析，了解县级医院在改革进程中的发展现状与存在问题，并为进一步深化县级公立医院改革提出合理化建议。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of the measures of Guangdong Province county level public hospital reform, and by choosing the field visit of pilot county level public hospitals, the compensation mechanism, essential medicine system, payment policy, service ability and modern hospital management system are explored to understand the development status and problems of county level public hospital reform. And strategies will be put forward to improve the reformation of county public hospitals. |
