Discussion on Methods of Nursing Quality Real-time Monitoring in Tertiary Comprehensive Hospital

Traditional nursing quality management is mainly based on terminal quality control with simple inspection and appraisal afterwards, and is far from reliability and scientificness. It is difficult to ensure the quality of nursing work. Based on the analysis of the contents of monitoring in each nursing process, the real-time monitoring quality indicator system of nursing process is established. Then the methods of real-time monitoring are explored, including the construction of component library and rule base, the access of real-time monitoring information, and the real-time monitoring and early warning of nursing process quality.
