摘    要:阐述了羟基磷灰石、聚乳酸和聚乙醇酸各自的结构性能特点;总结了两者通过复合有望得到具有良好力学性能、生物相容性、骨传导性的可降解羟基磷灰石/聚乳酸复合生物材料;最后展望了这类复合生物材料的发展方向。

Abstract:The structural and functional properties of hydroxyapatite, polylactide and polyglycolide were reviewed in this paper.The conclusion that novel biodegradable HA/PLA composite biomaterials which are of ideal mechanical properties , biocompatibility and osteoinductivity are expected to be made through the composite process with HA and PLA has been made. The development trend of this kind of composite biomaterials was proposed in the end.
