| Abstract: | Summary The presence of carotenoids pigments in the muscles of Orconectes limosus (Raf.) (Decapoda, Crustacea)- was studied.In extracts separated by means of column and thin-layer chromatography, the following carotenoids were indentified :  -carotene, cantaxanthin, lutein, zeaxanthin, neoxanthin, ketocarotenoid and astaxanthin. |
