| 摘 要： | 体外ACE抑制活性实验表明,实验室保存的40株乳酸菌菌株中有27株具抑制ACE的活性,其中尤以L·salivariusLa5、L·salivariusLma1、L·plantarumLP529、L·plantarumLS12、L·plantarumLS31、L·helveticusZL51最为明显。按照益生菌标准对上述6株菌的耐酸、耐胆盐、抗药性、抑菌等性能进行评价,结果表明,L·plantarumLP529、L·plantarumLS12、L·plantarumLS31、L·helveticusZL51可作为益生菌用于降血压产品。

| Abstract: | Experiment in vitro of inhibition to ACE(Angiotensin converting enzyme) indicates that 27 of 40 Lactobacillus stored in lab can inhibit the activity of ACE. Of those, L.salivarius La5, L.salivarius Lma1, L.plantarum LP529, L.plantarum LS12, L.plantarum LS31, L.helveticus ZL51 show better effect. Those Lactobacillus were studied with standard of probiotics, including resistance to acid, bile salt, antibiotic and inhibition to bacterium. The result shows that L.plantarum LP529, L.plantarum LS12, L.plantarum LS31, L.helveticus ZL51 can be considered as probiotics and applied to antihypertensive product. |
