| Abstract: | A non‐invasive tagging system for individual identification of three‐spined sticklebacks Gasterosteus aculeatus was evaluated. The tags were easily detected via video, and tagged and non‐tagged fish did not differ in terms of growth, activity levels or shoaling behaviour. |
