| 摘 要： | 目的建立小鼠肠道外感染轮状病毒(Rotavirus,RV)动物模型,观察该模型动物发病时的细胞免疫功能状态。方法通过腹腔注射RV,建立小鼠肠道外感染RV的模型。分别在病毒接种后第3天及第7天通过摘除眼球取血,流式细胞仪检测T细胞亚群。同时处死动物,无菌取出肺脏、肝脏和脾脏进行组织病理学检查。设立正常对照组。结果小鼠肠道外感染RV成功(可见到肺脏、肝脏和脾脏非特异性病毒感染性炎性病变)。淋巴细胞亚群测定:实验组CD3、CD4及CD4/CD8比值均较对照组明显降低(P0.01)。结论RV引起小鼠肠道外脏器肺脏、肝脏和脾脏组织病变的同时,机体免疫功能亦明显降低。
