| 摘 要： | 与猪、牛等家畜相比,绵(山)羊基因组研究相对较慢,商品化芯片尚未诞生,制约了绵(山)羊基因功能及经济性能的研究。主要对绵(山)羊基因图谱、基因序列、基因标记等基因组信息的最新研究现状进行综述,旨在为绵(山)羊基因芯片技术的开发提供信息依据、为主要经济性状的遗传改良提供理论基础。
