| Abstract: | Four electrophoretically homogeneous succinate dehydrogenase isoenzymes with specific activities of 0.041, 0.110, 0.030 and 0.037 U/mg protein were isolated and purified from maize scutellum (Zea mays L.). Their catalytic properties and pH optimums were studied. |
