摘    要:菠萝(Ananas comosus)具有很高的食用、药用及观赏价值,但存在种子萌发率低、遗传转化困难、基因编辑体系缺乏等问题,其基础研究及优质种苗规模化繁育亟需高效、可靠的离体再生系统。本文对菠萝离体再生外植体选择、外植体消毒、基本培养基筛选、直接不定芽发生、间接不定芽发生、体细胞胚胎发生、不定根诱导及炼苗移栽等方面的研究进展进行综述,以期为菠萝细胞工程育种、遗传资源改良及种苗工厂化生产提供理论与技术参考。

Abstract:Pineapple has high edible, medicinal and ornamental value, but there are problems such as low seed germination rate, difficulty in genetic transformation, and lack of gene editing system. Its basic research and large-scale breeding of high-quality seedlings urgently need efficient and reliable in vitro regeneration system. This paper reviewed the research progress in seven aspects: initial explant selection, explant sterilization, basic medium determination, direct adventitious bud formation, indirect adventitious bud formation, somatic embryogenesis, adventitious root induction, and seedling transplanting, in order to provide theoretical and technical reference for pineapple cell engineering breeding, genetic resource improvement and seedling factory production.
