光质对水稻幼苗蛋白质、氨基酸含量的影响

摘    要:蓝光对水稻幼苗可溶性蛋白积累的促进效应,在幼苗生长的初期比较明显;第5天,幼苗的可溶性蛋白质、蛋白氮、非蛋白氮以及Asp、Asn、Glu、Gln等游离氨基酸含量都远远高于白光或红光的处理。随着苗龄的增加,蓝光的促进作用减弱,到第17天,各项指标都低于白光处理的幼苗。红光处理的幼苗可溶性蛋白始终低于白光或蓝光的处理,其 Asn、Gln 两种酰胺含量在第10天以后明显高于同期的白光或蓝光的处理。

Abstract:During the early days (5~10 days after germination ), blue light promoted the accumulation of soluble protein . Seedlings treated by blue light for 5 days had far more contents of soluble protein, total_N,protein_N, nonprotein_N, Asp,Asn,Glu,Gln than those in seedlings under white or red light. With the seedling_age goes on, the promotion of blue light becomes weaker. 17_day_old seedlings treated by blue light had less content of protein or free amino acids. Compared with blue or white light, red light is less effective to stimulate the accumulation of protein, and after 10 days, the contens of Asn and Gln are more than those in seedlings treated by blue or white light.
