Crystals of two asporogenous mutants ofBacillus thuringiensis var.kurstaki strain HD-1 obtained following treatment with ozone and N-methyl-N′-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine showed increased toxicity against
larvae ofSpodoptera littoralis when compared to the wild-type crystal.
