枫香亚科植物茎初生结构中树脂道发生发育的研究

摘    要:经研究表明枫香亚科植物 (苏合香 L iquidambar orientalis,阿丁枫 Alitangiqia chinesis,枫香L iquidamformosana)茎的初生结构中树脂道的发生方式均为裂生型 ,树脂道的发育经历 :(1)原始细胞分裂阶段 ;(2 )胞间道发生阶段 ;(3)胞间道扩张阶段 ;(4 )树脂道成熟阶段 ;(5)树脂道老化阶段。枫香亚科与壳菜果亚科相比 ,两亚科树脂道自然发生阶段相同 ,但发生方式有别 ,分布区域有异同点。

Abstract:Anatomic studies on the spieces of Liquidambar orientalis. L. formosana andAltingia chinensis show that the resin canals in the primary structure of the stemoriginate by schizgenous way; the development process goes through the following phases(1) Mitosis of the primordial cells;(2)formation of the secretory canal;(3)enlarging ofthe secretory canal;(4)maturation canal;(5)secretory function lost phase.These featuresmade Liquidambaroideae obviously different from Mytilaroideae which also formatedsecretory canals naturaly during its primary growth but by the schizolysigenous way anddistinguished from the other subfamilies which did not formate resin canals through theirwhole growth cycle. But the distributive zone of the resin canals in the Ostrearia ofMytilaroideae is the same as in the Liquidambaroidae -pith in spite of the Mytilaroideaelaosensis being in the cortex ,so evidences here are not completely favour to axologistswho seperated Liquidambaroidea from Hammelideceae to set up Altingiaceae.
