| Abstract: | A rapid and gas-liquid chromatographic technique for the determination of HVA by the formation of its hexafluoroisopropyl (HFIP) trifluoroacetyl (TFA) derivative is presented. The urinary excretion of normal adults was found to be 3.30 μg/mg creatinine (1.32–4.97 μg/mg creatinine). |
