中国尖音库蚊复合组杂交的研究

摘    要:本文对分布在我国的尖音库蚊复合组的尖音库蚊,致倦库蚊和淡色库蚊进行杂交研究,结果表明致倦库蚊与尖音库蚊及淡色库蚊以及两者尖交可以产生能育的F1代,它们之间没有传统意义上的生殖隔离,致倦库蚊应为尖音库蚊是的一个亚种,而不是如国外有些学者认为的独立种,另外,杂种F2代成活率很低,这有可能是尖音库蚊(广义)种下分化在遗传学上的反映。

Abstract:The study of species complex of mosquitoes of medical importance is one of the important contents in modern biosystematics. The present paper is the results of hybridization ofCulex pipiens complex in China. The hybrid F1 and a few adults of F2 were obtained throughthe hybridization in cages between Cx. pipiens pipiens and Cx. pipiens quinque fasciatus andCx. pipiens Pallens and between the latter two. The results indicated that there are no reproductive isolations in the three in traditional sense. However, the hybrid F2 obtained fromthe back cross or selfed of F1, particularly between Cx. pipiens pipiens and Cx. pipiensquinque fasciatus showed a very low survival rate. It may be due to hybrid breakdwon,which is the lowest level of reproductive isolating machanism in the sense of modern geneticsand probably reflects a trend of their intraspecific differentiation.
