Plant regeneration from protoplasts of Felicia and Brachycome

Protoplasts were isolated from leaves of axenic shoot cultures of Felicia bergeriana (Kingfisher Daisy) and Brachycome iberidifolia (Swan River Daisy) and from callus cultures of Felicia.
