| Abstract: | InAnacystis nidulans uptake and efflux kinetics of fluoresceine were studied. It could be concluded that the distribution of fluoresceine depends
on the pHc of the cells. The comparison of different fluoresceine accumulation levels and flux equilibria allows conclusions regarding
changes of the pHc. |
