海洋动物来源活性物质的研究新进展

摘    要:海洋动物因具有产生抗菌物质、抗肿瘤物质、抗病毒物质、免疫调节物质等活性产物的巨大潜力,备受研究人员重视。近年来,各国研究者已从海洋动物中分离出了数千种结构新颖的活性物质,为新药的开发提供了坚实的基础。简要介绍了近六年来海绵、珊瑚、海参、海鞘等海洋动物来源的活性物质研究进展,旨在为海洋药用动物资源的开发利用提供参考。

Abstract:Marine animals have received extensive attention from pharmaceutical researchers because of their great potential in producingbioactive substances with anti-microbial, anti-cancer, anti-viral and immune-regulatory activities. In recent years, several thousand active compoundswith novel structures have been isolated from marine animals, laying a solid foundation for the development of new drugs. The latest progress inresearch on bioactive substances from marine animals such as marine sponge, coral, sea cucumber and ascidiacea were briefly introduced in this paperto provide references for further exploration and utilization of marine animals with medicinal value.
