Institution:Limonoids, typical secondary metabolites in plants, are highly oxygenated tetranortripenoid with a wide range of biological activities, including but not limited to analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antitumor and insect antifeedant activity. Structure characteristics, bioactivities, and structure-activity relationship of limonoids have been reviewed in this article to provide references for further structural modification of these compounds.
