| Abstract: | By determining the intra-polysaccharide contents of four species of marine microalga in different culture conditions,the effects of different conditions,such as photoperiod,temperature,the volume of carbon dioxide and nutrients,on the intra-polysaccharide contents were systemically studied,the optimal culture conditions were obtained. |
