摘    要:用陆生哺乳动物线粒体呼吸链与水生动物线粒体呼吸链相比较的研究方法,探讨了呼吸链的功能与环境相适应的关系。研究了淡水中生活的草鱼肝丝线粒体,观察到琥珀酸脱氢酶的活性非常低,而NADH脱氢酶和泛醌细胞色素C还原酶的活性较高。但海洋生物海绵的线粒体NADH脱氢酶和琥垢酸脱氢酶的活性都非常低。

Abstract:From the point of view of comparative physiology and biochemisty,we studied the adaptation mechanism at the level of mitochondrial function of different animals(sponge,fish and rat)under their environmental circumstances.The mitochondria isolated from sponge possessed lower activities of NADH dehydrogenase and succinate dehydrogenase in comparison with those of fish and rat liver mitochondria.A study on the mitochondria isolated from Ctenopharyngodon idelus (a fresh water fish )liver revealed that the activity of succinate dehydrogenase was very low,but the NADH dehydrogenase and ubiquinone cytochrome c reductase showed relatively higher activities.The inhibitors(Antimycin A,Potenone and KCN)of the mitochondrial respiratory chain of land dwelling animals also inhibit the electron transfer activities of mitochondrial respiratory chain of aquatic animals,but the rate of inhibition in aquatic animal mitochondria was lower than that in land dwelling animal mitochondria.In comparison with rat liver mitochondrial respiratory chain,a discussion on the relationship of enzyme systems in sponge and fish mitochondrial respiratory chain was made in connection with adaptation of these animals to their environmental conditions.
