Abstract: | A number of water-soluble N-substituted iminodiacetato(1,1-bisaminomethyl]cyclohexane)platinum(II) complexes have been synthesized, and their mode of coordination characterized by elemental analysis and infrared data. Preliminary in vitro screening test for antitumor activity of these complexes against L1210 murine leukemia cells were performed. The results indicate that these complexes have an acceptable in vitro cytotoxicity against L1210 leukemia. |
