摘    要:目的:探讨Caveolin-1和nm23在乳腺癌组织中的表达及意义。方法:选取于我院就诊的172例乳腺癌患者的乳腺组织和40例乳腺增生患者的正常乳腺组织,采用免疫组化技术检测标本中Caveolin.1和nm23的表达,并分析其与患者的临床病理之间的关系。结果:免疫组化结果显示Caveolin-1和nm23在乳腺癌组织中的表达均低于正常乳腺组织(P〈0.05),且两者的表达呈正相关(r=0.609,P〈0.05);其中Caveolin-1的表达与乳腺癌的临床分期及淋巴结转移有关(P〈0.05),nm23的表达与乳腺癌的临床分期、组织学类型及淋巴结转移有关(P〈0.05)。结论:Caveolin-1和nm23的表达可能是乳腺癌发生发展的重要原因,可应用于临床诊治乳腺癌患者。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the expression of Caveolin-1 and nm23 and their clinical meaning in breast cancer. Methods: Choosed the breast tissue in 172 cases of breast cancer who have been treated in our hospital and normal breast tissue in 40 cases of mammary gland hyperplasia, immunohistochemistry technology was used in test the expression of Caveolin-1 and nm23 in the sample, analyzed the relationship between the patient and clinical pathology. Results: The result of immunohistochemistry technology showed that the expression of Caveolin-1 and nm23 in breast cancer tissue was lower than in normal breast tissue(P〈0.05), the expression of them was positive correlated(r-=0.609, P〈0.05), the expression of Caveolin-1 was related to the clinical stage of breast cancer and the lymphatic metastasis (P〈0.05), the expression of nm23 was related to the clinical stage of breast cancer, the histological type and lymphatic metastasis (P〈0.05). Conclusions: The expression of Caveolin-1 and nm23 maybe is an important reason for the incidence and development of breast cancer, which could applied to clinical diagnosis and the treatment of breast cancer.
