劳教学员性传播疾病感染状况分析

目的了解温州市劳教人员性传播疾病（STD）感染状况。方法对2004年至2005年新人所的劳教学员进行支原体、衣原体和淋病的实验室检查。结果病原体检测检出率为76．22％，其中单种病原体阳性者占50．68％，混合感染占25．54％，并合并多重混合感染。结论卖淫嫖娼人员性传播疾病感染患病率高，是性传播疾病主要传染源，应加强力度管理和控制。

Analysis of the infection condition of dissemination disease in reeducation through labor personnel

Objective To study the infection condition of dissemination disease (STD) among reeducation-through-labor delinquents in Wenzhou city.Methods Delinquents subjected to reeducation through labor and entered the labor lamp during 2004-2005 were carried on UU-MH,CT and the gonorrhea laboratory inspections.Results The positive rate of pathogen examination was 76.22%,in which the posivive single pathogen in female delinquents accounts for 50.68%,while the multi-infection accounts for 25.54%,combined with multiple mixed infection.Conclusion People engaged in prostitution and whoring have high infection percentage/prevalence rate of dissemination disease,and is the main infection source of natural dissemination disease.Management and control should be strengthened.
