层粘连蛋白在人子宫内膜月经周期中变化的研究

摘    要:本实验观察了人正常子宫内膜中层粘连蛋白(Laminin;LM)在月经周期中的变化,以此进一步探讨着床窗口(Implantationwindow)。实验使用手术搞出的人子宫标本40例。根据患者主述与子宫标本的HE染色的结果,将子宫标本分成8个期,免疫组织化学方法进行子宫内膜各期LM的染色。结果表明:LM主要分布在表面上皮、晚上皮和血管基底膜等部位。表面上皮和血管内皮基底膜中的LM在分泌初期开始增加。细胞外基质中的LM在分泌中期增加。LM是在细胞增殖、移动、分化等等方面起作用的生物活性物质现已被公认。与着床有密切关系的子宫表面上皮和血管内皮基底膜;细胞外基质中的LM的分泌期开始明显增加,这一结果说明LM量的变化是与着床有某种密切的关系。

Abstract:The experiment was carried out to define Laminin changes in human uterine endometrialmenstrial cycle and the relationship between Laminin and implantation of blastocyst. Fortynormal endometrial specimens were divided into eight groups (eight phases). All specimenswere stained for Laminin. The result showed that Laminin was distributed mainly on themembrane of the superficial epithelium, the capillary endothelium and the glandular epithelium. In early secretory phase Laminin became increased in the basement membrane of the superficial cpithelium and capillary endothelium. In the mid secretory phase Laminin was largely increased in the ground substance of endometrial stroma. Our study has been indicatedthat Laminin is a biological activator for the cell proliferation, transmigration and differntiation. It is closely related to the implantation.
