使用脊柱SDS9800 系统与传统牵引治疗腰椎退行性疾病疗效比较

目的:探讨和比较使用脊柱SDS9800系统与传统牵引术治疗腰椎退行性疾病的临床效果和安全性。方法:共选取自2012年1月-2015年1月于我院住院并行相应牵引保守治疗的患者184例,进行回顾性分析。其中使用SDS9800进行治疗者114例(实验组),常规传统牵引治疗70例(对照组)。结合详实、认真的治疗后随访,对两组患者在治疗中后的VAS疼痛评分、腰椎功能,生活质量及手术率等指标进行总结和比较。结果:实验组患者在治疗中的VAS评分明显低于对照组,术后VAS评分显著低于对照组(P0.05)。实验组在治疗后的腰椎功能、生活质量及手术率方面都显著的优于对照组,其比较具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:SDS9800在腰椎退行性病变的保守治疗特别是牵引治疗中,有其独到的优势,优于传统的保守牵引治疗,,在临床工作中应当进行进一步的推广。

Comparison of the Clinical Efficacy of SDS9800 and Traditional Traction in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective:To compare the clinical effect and safety of patients with lumbar disc herniation treated with SDS9800 or traditional traction.Methods:114 patients with lumbar disc herniation were divided into the SDS9800 group (114 cases) and traditional traction group (70 cases) according to different methods of traction treatment. The clinical outcomes were evaluated by visual analogue scale (VAS), the pain during the operation, Lehmann score, SF-36 score and operation rate between two groups.Results:The VAS score of SDS9800 group was lower than that of control group both during the therapy and after the treatment (P<0.05). There were significantly differences in the Lehmann score, SF-36 score and operation rate (P<0.05), and the SDS9800 group was superior to control group.Conclusion:SDS9800 in the conservative treatment of lumbar disc herniation has more advantages than traditional traction, which should be further application and promotion in clinic.
