Girdin 表达与非小细胞肺癌侵袭转移及预后的关系

目的:探讨肌动蛋白结合蛋白Girdin与非小细胞肺癌(Non small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)侵袭转移的关系及其对预后的影响。方法:应用免疫组织化学法检测167例非小细胞肺癌患者的病理组织标本中Girdin蛋白和MMP-9的表达。结果:在167例组织标本中Girdin蛋白高表达率为38.9%,其表达水平与患者分期、淋巴结转移、远处转移及生存状况密切相关,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),而与患者性别、年龄、吸烟指数、评分、病理类型及分化程度均无关(P均0.05)。Girdin蛋白的高表达往往伴有MMP-9的高表达,两者显著相关,且差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。Kaplan-Meier单因素生存分析显示Girdin高表达为非小细胞肺癌患者预后的不良因素(P0.05)。COX多因素回归分析显示Girdin的表达水平和分期是判断预后的独立指标(P0.05)。结论:Girdin蛋白在非小细胞肺癌的侵袭和转移中可能发挥着重要的作用,在判断非小细胞肺癌患者预后方面具有一定的价值。

Relationship between Girdin Expression and Invasion and Metastasis of NonSmall Cell Lung Cancer and Its Prognosis

Objective:To explore the correlation between Girdin and invasion and metastasis of NSCLC, and the impact of Girdinon prognosis.Methods:Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of Girdin and MMP-9 in 167 tissue samples of Nonsmall cell lung cancer.Results:High expression of Girdin protein was found in 38.9% (65/167) of tissue samples and was significantlyassociated with stage, lymph nodes metastasis, distant metastases and survival (P<0.05). No correlation were found between expression ofGirdin and gender, age, smoking status, PS, pathological type and differentiation (P>0.05). High expression of Girdin was found to becorrelated with high expression of MMP-9 (P<0.05). Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed high expression of Girdin was a poor prognosticfactor in NSCLC (P<0.05). The multivariate Cox model identified expression of Girdin and stage as independent prognostic factors.Conclusion:Girdin plays an important role in invasion and metastasis of NSCLC, and it is useful for evaluating the prognosis ofNSCLC.
