高频超声在大运动后颈部肌肉骨骼损伤诊断治疗中的临床应用

摘    要:目的:研究高频超声在大运动后颈部肌肉骨骼损伤诊断治疗中的临床应用,为临床治疗提供理论依据。方法:选择2014年2月至2015年12月我院收治的大运动后出现颈部肌肉骨骼损伤的患者186例进行研究,按照随机数表法分为超声组、CT组及MRI组,依次进行高频超声诊断、CT诊断、MRI诊断。对比各组患者颈部肌肉骨骼的损伤状况、平均准确率及平均误诊率,同时比较医师对不同诊断方式的评价情况。结果:各组颈部肌肉骨骼损伤的诊断情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。超声组诊断的平均准确率高于CT组和MRI组,其中肌肉损伤93.75%,骨骼损伤88.89%,血管损伤91.67%,神经损伤88.89%,肌肉感染83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。医师对超声诊断方式的实用性、安全性、经济性及准确性的评价均显著高于CT与MRI,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:利用高频超声对颈部肌肉骨骼的损伤患者进行诊断,准确率较高,误诊率较低,且更加安全、实用、经济,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Application of High Frequency Ultrasound in Diagnosis and Treatment of Neck Musculoskeletal Injury after Heavy Exercise
Abstract:Objective:To study the clinical application of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis and treatment of neck musculoskeletal injury after heavy exercise, and to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment.Methods:Selected 186 cases of patients with neck musculoskeletal injury after heavy exercise who treated in our hospital from February 2014 to December 2015 as study object, and were divided into ultrasound group, CT group and MRI group by the random number table method, which were conducted by high frequency ultrasonic, CT and MRI diagnosis. Compared the cervical musculoskeletal injury situation, average accuracy rate and the average rate of misdiagnosis of patients in each groups, compared the physician evaluation of different diagnosis way at the same time.Results:Compared the diagnosis of the injury of the neck muscles in each group, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). The average accuracy rate of the diagnosis in ultrasound group was the higher than the CT group and the MRI group, muscle damage was 93.75%, bone damage was 88.89, vascular injury was 91.67%, nerve injury was 88.89% and muscle infection was 83.33%, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The evaluation of physicians on ultrasonic diagnosis way of practicality, safety, economy and accuracy were significantly higher than that of CT and MRI, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Use high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of cervical musculoskeletal injury, the accuracy rate was highly and the misdiagnosis rate was lowly, and more safe, practical, economic, which is worthy of clinical application.
