临床思维和决策能力的研究现状与思考

临床决策能力一直是医学教育者和管理者关注的热点,其研究体系已初步形成。本文简要回顾了临床决策思维的提出、概念及结合临床决策能力的培养体系、课程设置、理论教学法、实践教学法等方面归纳了国内外临床决策能力的研究现状,并由此提出对临床决策思维的思考。

Research Status and Thinking of Clinical Decision-making Ability in Nursing Care

Clinical decision-making ability has always been a hot topic to nursing educators and administrators, its research system has been initially formed. In this paper, the introduction of clinical decision-thinking, concept and research field were reviewed. The cultivation system in clinical decision-making ability, theory of curriculum, teaching methods, practice teaching, summarizing the domestic and foreign research status quo of nursing clinical decision-making ability were summarized, and thus the experiences of clinical decision thinking were proposed.
