正畸带环与树脂临时冠对牙隐裂暂时性保护的疗效比较

目的:研究正畸带环与树脂临时冠对牙隐裂暂时性保护的临床疗效,为临床治疗提供依据。方法:选取2013年5月到2015年4月我院收治的牙隐裂患者196例,按照随机数字表法将患者分为A组和B组,每组98例,A组给予正畸带环治疗,B组给予树脂临时冠治疗,比较两组固定效果、咬合情况、牙周情况以及满意度。结果:两组固定成功率比较无统计学意义(P0.05);A组牙龈炎发生率为12.2%显著高于B组的3.1%,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);B组满意度为95.9%显著显著高于A组的80.6%,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:树脂临时冠较正畸带环对牙隐裂暂时性保护作用较好,患者满意率较高,值得临床推广应用。

Comparison of Orthodontic Band and Resin Temporary Crown for Temporary Protection of Cracked Tooth

Objective:To study the efficacy of orthodontic band and resin temporary crown for temporary protection of cracked tooth, and to provide the basis for clinical treatment.Methods:A total of 196 patients with cracked tooth, who were admitted to Zigong Fourth People''s Hospital of Sichuan Province fromMay 2013 to April 2015, were selected and randomly divided into group A(n=98) and groupB (n=98). Group A was treated with orthodontic band, group B, resin temporary crown. The fixed effects, occlusion, periodontal condition and satisfaction degree of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significance in the fixed success rate between the two groups(P>0.05). The gingivitis rate(12.2%) of group A was significantly higher than that(3.1%) of group B, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The satisfaction(95.9%) of group B was significantly higher than that(80.6%) of group A, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Resin temporary crown had better temporary protective efficacy compared with orthodontic band, with higher satisfaction degree of patients,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
