人皮肤表皮干细胞体外培养与应用研究进展

人皮肤表皮干细胞是具有无限增殖潜能以及多向分化能力的专能干细胞,广泛存在于表皮基底层以及毛囊隆突部位。目前,表皮干细胞在分离、纯化、培养等领域都取得了一定进展。表皮干细胞的应用主要在皮肤创面的修复、组织工程皮肤的构建以及基因治疗等领域。本文从干细胞的来源、分离、纯化鉴定、培养与应用等方面进行综述。

Progress in Culture and Application ofHuman Epidermal StemCells in Vitro

Epidermal stem cells (ESCs) were specific stem cell, which have the potential of proliferation and multi-directional differentiation. Epidermal stem cell located in epidermal basal layer and the eminence of hair follicle. At present, researches of epidermal stem cells in isolation, purifying, culture have made great progress. It was mainly applied in skin wound healing, building of tissue-engineered skin and gene therapy. This article reviews epidermal stem cells about its cell source, isolation, purifying, identification, culture and application.
