摘 要: | 目的:探讨替莫唑胺治疗垂体瘤患者的临床疗效及其机制。方法:选取我院收治的垂体瘤患者70例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组35例。对照组患者进行显微镜下经鼻蝶窦手术治疗,并给予溴隐亭口服治疗;实验组在对照组治疗基础上联合替莫唑胺胶囊治疗。观察并比较治疗前后两组患者血清泌乳素、IGF-1、GH水平的变化及临床疗效。结果:与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后的血清PRL、IGF-1、GH、TSH水平均降低,FT4、ACTH水平升高,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);而与对照组比较,实验组的血清PRL、IGF-1、GH、TSH水平更低,FT4、ACTH水平更高(P0.05)。实验组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:替莫唑胺治疗垂体瘤的临床疗效好,推测其机制与降低血清PRL、IGF-1水平有关。

Clinical Efficacy of Temozolomide on Hypophysoma and Its Machanism |

Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effects of serum prolactin, IGF-1 and clinical efficacy by temozolomide in patients with
hypophysoma.Methods:A total of 70 patients with hypophysoma fromour hospital were collected and randomly divided into experiment
group and control group with 35 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated by paranasal sinus surgical treatment with
microscope, and bromocriptine 1.25 mg/time oral, 3 times/day, patients in the experiment group were treated on the base of the control
group with temozolomide. After treatment, compared the serum prolactin, IGF-1 and GH levels between the two groups before and after
treatment.Results:Compared with before treatment, the PRL, IGF-1 and GH levels were decreased after treatment (P<0.05), TSH was
decreased, FT4 and ACTH were increased, the difference was statistical significance (P<0.05); compared with the control group, the total
effective rate of the experiment group was higher, the PRL and IGF-1 levels were lower (P<0.05), TSH level was lower, FT4 and
ACTH levels were higher, the difference was statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion:Temozolomide in the treatment of hypophysoma
has a good clinical effect, speculate that the mechanismis relate to the decrease of serumprolactin and IGF-1 levels. |
