弗劳地枸橼酸盐杆菌基因种与小儿腹泻关系、耐药性的研究

摘    要:从1457例腹泻患儿大便中分离出164株弗劳地枸橼酸盐杆菌复合群的菌株,而对照组中分离率仅4.26%,具统计学差异。为探讨其致病性,采用不耐热性肠毒素,耐热性肠毒素基因探针,菌液直接LT-PCR,家兔肠袢结扎和刚果红结合试验检测细胞的腹泻毒力因子,证实47.1%的菌株产生LT,系腹泻重要毒力因子,不具侵袭性因子。

Abstract:citrobacter freundii complex strains from the children with diarrhea were identified to the species on the basis of the recently proposed taxonomic changer of Brenner et al. It was identified as 4 genomospecies. Within the C. freundii complex, C. freundii predominated overall (56.7%), followed by C. braakii (20.0%), C.younger (13.3%), C. werkmanii (10.0%). We looked for their presence in the stools of 1457 Children with diarrhea as well as in 94 controls. C.freundii complex were isolated from 164(11.25%) patients and 4 controls (4.26%) (p<0.05). 40stains (C.freundii27, C.youngae4, C. braakii6, C. werkmanii3) were tested for heat-stable (ST) and heat-labil (LT) enterotoxin by GeneProbe, PCR, rabbit intestine loop test. No ST-producing orgnisms were found. Positive rate of LT was 36.5-47.1%. Positive strains was from C.freundii, C.braakii, C.werkmanii. It is showed that relationship between genomospecies of C.freundii and the children with diarrhea, Analyzed for antibiotic resistance have in dicated that 10% strains produce extend-spectrum beta-lactamases.
