摘    要:本项研究通过1981-1982两年的调查,查明暗黑、铜绿、黑绒、华北大黑四种蛴螬土内分布型除低密度情况以外,在各类型田内,均属负二项分布。调查蛴螬的抽样单位以0.2222米2为宜;在允许误差为0.2时,根据20块田的公共k值,算得在不同虫口密度下的适宜的样本容量。

Abstract:Studies were conducted for two years in Jiangsu Province to develop a reliable sampling method for white grubs in soybean and peanut fields. The results, indicated that the larvae of Holotrichia paralleia Motsohulsky, H. oblita (Fald.), Anomala corpulenta Motschulsky, and Maladera orientalis (Motschulsky) displayed negative binomial distribution in various types of field except in low population density. A sampling size of 0.45 m2 has been found to be a preferable sampling unit of soil to 0.11, 0.67 or 1.0m8. The optimal sample size with a common k estimated from 20 fields for a tolerable error of 20% were also obtained.
