| Abstract: | In the past two years, scientists made breakthough in stem cell isolation and identification, induced differentiation, reprogramming and regulation mechanism, plasticity and disease treatment, which making stem-cell technology gradually transform into practical means for medical treatment from a laboratory concept. This paper summarized the progress in stem-cell research from 2013 to 2014, and analyzed the existing problems in stem cell research, aiming at providing reference for researchers. |
