Abstract:(1): In the early stage of the cell suspension culture of O. viciaefolia Scop. cyclosis of many cells is very active; less cells begin to synthesize DNA and then the number of this kind of cell increases. After cultured for 72 hours, mitosis and amitosis are observed. (2). In the early stage of suspension culture, lots of embryogenic cells can be seen. After 40 days of culture, embrogenic callusis can be seen with the hiked eye, and when transferred to the solid medium, they can differentiate into shoots at a high frequency. We can see somatic embryogenesis and its every developmental stages by histological and objective observation.
