肝病要素制剂治疗急慢性肝损伤时血清氨基酸和蛋白质的变化

目的 :观察含高支链氨基酸的肝病要素制剂对急慢性肝损伤时血清氨基酸和蛋白质的变化。方法 :患急慢性肝损伤的住院病人 1 0 0例 ,男 86名 ,女 1 4名 ,平均年龄为 4 2 .4± 1 1 .8岁 ,随机分为肝病要素制剂治疗组和安慰剂对照组。口服肝病要素或安慰剂。检查肝肾功能、血清支芳氨基酸 ,观察临床症状。结果 :肝病要素制剂治疗改善临床症状和血液常规生化检验无明显影响 ;有改善和保护肝功能的作用 ,增加血清BCAA/AAA比值 ;增高血清总蛋白、白蛋白、前白蛋白。结论 :肝病要素制剂对急、慢肝功能损害有治疗作用 ,研究结果为其临床应用提供依据。

Changes of Serum Amino Acids and Proteins When Liverish Elemental Preparation Used for Acute and Chronic Hepatic Trauma

To observe changes of serum amino acids and proteins when the liverish elemental preparation used for acute and chronic hepatic trauma,100 cases of in-patients(male /female =86/14) with acute and chronic hepatic trauma aged 16 to 68 years (average 42.4±11.8 years) were randomly assigned into two groups, liverish elemental preparation therapy group(therapy group) and console agent contrapose group (contrapose group).Liverish elemental preparation and console agent were given orally and function of liver and kidney,serum contents of branch chain amino acid,and clinical symptom were examined.There were the effects of liverish elemental preparation,including improvement and protection of liver function,increasing serum BCAA/AAA ratio,hoisting serum total protein ,albumin and pre-albumin. The results suggested that the liverish elemental preparation could treat acute and chronic hepatic trauma and protect liver function.
