| Abstract: | This review considers cellular and molecular mechanisms of the involvement of plasminogen activators in extracellular proteolysis and cell migration and proliferation. The role of plasminogen activators in vascular remodeling in atherosclerosis, restenosis, and angiogenesis is discussed. |
