摘    要:运用SRAP、RAPD、ISSR3种分子标记技术对来源不同地区的57株毛头鬼伞Coprinus comatus进行了遗传多样性分析,通过3种分子标记进行聚类分析,当相异系数D为0.48时,可以把57株毛头鬼伞分为4类:Ⅰ类包括Co0001;Ⅱ类包括Co0003;Ⅲ类包括Co0005;Ⅳ类包括其余54个菌种。供试的57个菌株间的相异系数范围从0–0.72,具有一定的遗传多态性。但其中有许多菌株两者之间的相异系数为0,说明毛头鬼伞菌种存在着比较严重的同种异名现象。

Abstract:The genetic diversity of 57 strains of Coprinus comatus were analyzed by RAPD, SRAP, and ISSR markers. UPDMA dendrogram based on RAPD, SRAP, and ISSR markers indicated that 57 strains of C. comatus could be distinguished into 4 groups when dissimilarity coefficient was 0.48. The groupⅠincluded strain Co0001, group Ⅱ Co0003, group Ⅲ Co0005, and group Ⅳ the other 54 strains. The dissimilarity coefficient of 57 strains ranged from 0 to 0.72, indicating that genetic diversity was abundance among the 57 strains. The analysis also showed that the dissimilarity coefficient between two strains for many strains was zero, indicating that the phenomenon of one strain with different names existed.
