摘    要:目的 研究spinophilin与癫痫发病的关系。方法 采用侧脑室注射L-谷氨酸钠6μl(50mg/ml)制作大鼠癫痫模型。动物存活2小时,然后用免疫组织化学方法观察大鼠海巴内spinophilin表达的变化。结果 实验组大鼠海马CAI及CA3区阳性反应产物较对照组明显增多。结论 提示spinophilin可能参与了癫痫的发生。但是其机理尚需要进一步探索。

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between spinophilin and epilepsy Method The epilepsy was induced by injecting L glutamate sodium into the lateral ventricle,and the ratswere sacrificed 2 hours after the onset of epileptic activity The changes in spinophilin expression were examined by means of immunohistochemistry Result Immunoreactionof spinophilin increased in hippocampal CA1 and CA3 areas of the experimental group Conclusion The results indicate that spinophilin may play a role in the epileptic susceptibility
